What happens next
We reply to arrange a free survey at a time that suits you. At the visit we look at the roof outside and the timbers inside, then send a fixed written quote that names the chosen product, its dimensions, where the opening goes and how the room is finished. There is no obligation to go ahead. Where the work is notifiable, the quote also covers the Building Control notification, which we handle, and every installation carries our 10-year workmanship guarantee.
If your roof has a feature that worries you, such as a low pitch, a beam in the loft or a flat roof that holds water, mention it when you get in touch. That is the part we look at first.
If you message on WhatsApp, photos of the roof slope, the room and any existing rooflight help us come prepared. A shot of the loft timbers is a bonus, if you can get one without balancing on the joists.
